Then I didn’t receive an update on the diagnoses of the car in a timely matter and when I requested a loaner car you provided an in adequate vehicle that did not meet my original car standards I was given an equinox when my vehicle is a pickup truck. Then I was told they have no idea what’s going on with my vehicle even though it’s brand new I was left a voicemail saying that they can’t figure it out and are waiting to reach out to GM. The lack of communication is beyond disappointing and buying a vehicle for it to not even work 2 weeks later. I’m beyond frustrated and regretting ever going to this dealership. More

This dealership is very courteous and accommodating on appointments. The workmanship and honesty on inspections.
