The customer service was great. I am upset that I had to buy another battery just after 2 years and still has to pay for my rental and the 90 dollar labor charge. Everyone was nice, friendly and professional. The business had a few waiting rooms that were comfortable with nice chairs, snacks and a television. I was expecting an $1000-1100 bill. I was quoted $979.00 on the phone. Final bill was $822.00. Putting it mildly, I was happy. I consider it saving money if any bill comes in under I was quoted $979.00 on the phone. Final bill was $822.00. Putting it mildly, I was happy. I consider it saving money if any bill comes in under my expectation. So by my calculations, I saved roughly $300. How many times can a person say they went to a dealership and saved $300!! I took the $300 and bought stock in Chevrolet, so the repair actually will make me money long term. Maybe enough to buy another Chevy!! More
