I can’t say enough about the positive and enjoyable experience I had purchasing my new vehicle through Capital Chev GMC from start to closing. After my initial phone call to Oksana in regards to my v experience I had purchasing my new vehicle through Capital Chev GMC from start to closing. After my initial phone call to Oksana in regards to my vehicle request, there was an unexpected and fairly serious situation involving my (Senior) Mothers health condition and I was temporarily unable to proceed. Oksana was very compassionate and concerned about this situation and offered sincere wishes for a full recovery. During this period I was not “harassed” whatsoever and eventually re-contacted Oksana to proceed with my search and was again offered the same level of compassion. By this time i knew the exact colour and trim level desired and was informed this particular vehicle was available from their South Edmonton Dealership and would require being transported to Calgary for pick up. This was not a concern for me ant the time and the negotiating with Oksana began. I was very determined to purchase this truck under my terms and for my price which was substantially lower than MSRP. The offer was taken to Sales Manager (Steven K) for review who then joined in with Oksana on the negotiations. Without wasting time going back and forth with pricing, a deal was struck very quickly at a price even lower than i had hoped for. It was truly a very professional and wonderful buying experience. This was the point where things got fairly interesting, I received a call to return back to work in another province at 8:00pm on the evening of the purchase day and had to be on-site in Vancouver within 48 hours (with no vehicle). To make a long story short, I phoned Oksana immediately after my call for work while she was at home after a long day of work and was informed she would contact her Manager first thing in the morning and do whatever they could to accommodate me but things did not sound overly promising on such short and sudden notice. I drove away from Capital GMC Dealership with my new 2026 Canyon Denali at approximately 5:00pm that day with a big smile on my face. All this happened in 1 full day (plus a coupe of hours) of ever setting foot into this dealership. Thanks to the whole team who made this somehow happen and a huge thank-you to Oksana and Steven. Still not sure how you guys pulled this off. This entire process happened very quickly and time was of essence for me due to the circumstances but Oksana made sure I was aware of the functionality of all electronics, mechanical equipment, On-Star activation and even the location of Hood release and Jack location (WOW !!). More

We found Oksana to be a pleasure to deal with. She was knowledgeable about the used vehicle we were interested in purchasing. We appreciated that during our test drive, unless it was something i She was knowledgeable about the used vehicle we were interested in purchasing. We appreciated that during our test drive, unless it was something important to point out or if she was answering a question that we had, she sat quietly in the backseat. It made it so much easier to concentrate on our test drive and to make the decision that we were definitely interested. She checked to see if there were any winter tires for the car; which, unfortunately there was not. Finalizing everything went very smoothly. That Oksana drove the car out to our home, the next day for us, provided a nice finish to a good experience overall with the dealership. She is definitely a salesperson we would recommend to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. More
