They go the extra mile! My first purchase of a BMW was at Otto's in 2013. After several failed attempts to rectify a squeaky door, the owner gave me a call. Knowing that I was not happy with the remedy for the squeaky door of my brand new car, the owner invited me to the dealership and gave me an offer that just blew me away. With a small adjustment to allow for the mileage on my car, Mr. Vadasz allowed me to order a new car. WOW! Otto's has earned my business, my loyalty. Just took delivery of a 2019 330i. After several weeks met with Brian Menda, Otto's delivery specialist. Brian walked me through the electronics of this amazing car. Brian did an outstanding job of explaining the numerous features of the car. Brian was very clear and concise and most importantly, very patient. He certainly knows this car in depth. I got clear answers to all of my questions. EVERYONE at this dealership, from my client advisor, Ralph Nofsinger, to service (Bill Cosenza and Chris Clayton) to parts (Anthony Blubello) to the owner (Michael Vadasz), are people who are honest, respectful, considerate and understanding. Love my car and Otto's BMW!! More

Ian presented facts on both the new models and the pre-owner models in stock and gave us time alone to explore the vehicles and talk privately about our options and arranged a test drive as well. When we returned from the test drive, Ian was with another customer and introduced us to Earle to go over the preowned stock that had the options we wanted. Earle was friendly anddirect and made us feel like he had our best interest in mind. We were impressed how they worked as a team to give us the best service and attention. Great customer experience! We love our car and highly recommend this team.. More
