I made an appointment for an oil change. I am always unsure when I go here who to speak to. There doesn’t seem to be one person responsible for my car. Two hours later without one single person touchi unsure when I go here who to speak to. There doesn’t seem to be one person responsible for my car. Two hours later without one single person touching base with me about the delay my car was ready. Communication is key and this service center does a poor job of that. I can’t rate anyone because I have no clue who was responsible in that department. More
