Our vehicle was sent to you for repair from German Chrysler jeep, and was not done correctly. We had to take it to Jerry Ulm body shop to get it fixed correctly. I bought my Diesel Colorado from Fermon, cost over 50,000 back in 2017, and always had a good experience. This time I had an engine problem where the pump feeding the DEF section had failed. Ferman had to or back in 2017, and always had a good experience. This time I had an engine problem where the pump feeding the DEF section had failed. Ferman had to order the pump and take the truck, wait time about two weeks. I asked for a vehicle to help me go to work etc, told no vehicle available ever since covid. Another Ferman dealership, BMW, always had a vehicle for my wife if the service was for a period of time; same with Hyundai with her electric car. Ferman was able to get the part short of a week, the part plus labor was $2000, which was expected, and I am not complaining about. I went to pick up the truck and expected at least a courtesy wash, but nothing. Not a good experience and probably won't go back. More
