He never forgets about his customers and he has tried on a few different times to help me upgrade and has never rushed me out of the dealership. He has a hard work ethic and is a strong family man. He knows that with busy lives and other debts you can only afford what you can and wont push you into a deal you arent comfortable with. Tom was also a great help in the sale of my used truck and creating a deal that suited my needs and expectations. He made me feel comfortable and on a few occasions greeted me and treated me with great respect. Nancy the finance department was also above and beyond with her knowledge of how the purchasing goes amd setting up the deal with the banks. If she cant get you the deal with one bank she will keep calling around and trying her best to get the best deal for you. I couldnt thank these 3 enough and if you are looking to upgrade or start out these are the 3 you want to see. Thanks again guys, Sam, myself and Austin could not be happier. More

I went to every competitor within a two week range, and dealt with multiple salesmen and drove multiple vehicles. Every single person I dealt with was either too pushy, or too over whelming that I just wanted to leave within 10 minutes of browsing. Until....I went to the Chevy dealership in Georgetown. I was met by Craig, who from start to finish, made me feel I was behind the wheel of my decisions. He answered every question I had, and got me the best deal I could get. From the multiple test drives (5), to the options I wanted, he walked me through and was a huge help. There was zero pressure, only help and guidance with my decisions. I'm now driving my brand new Silverado, and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend if your interested in a Chevy or GMC, you pop in and have a chat with Craig.
