I don't feel I have received average trade-in value on my old car though. I should have visited 2-3 used car dealerships for written estimates instead of just getting the Kelly Bluebook trade-in estimates for the negotiation. 2. One more feedback on the service department which did the final inspection... all four tires are over-inflated to 52-53 PSI which are over the 51 PSI absolute maximum tire pressures rating listed on the tire sidewall. The manufacturing recommended pressure for RAV4 is 33 PSI instead. More

Through my long search for this car, Cameron, called me monthly to give updates and let me know every time they received something close. His follow up and follow through was amazing and he was very personable. My schedule is crazy but he made sure to connect me with Nan and made it all work together seamlessly. Even though this dealership is 3 hours from me, completely worth it compared to other places I’ve gone. Never received this type of service, and was so happy with the process. I will definitely be going back to her in the future, it’s worth every minute of the drive when making a big purchase to have some peace of mind and make everything perfect for you.
