She walked us through all the features, answered all our questions, arranged the test drive, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the whole process. The entire team stayed late to help us complete everything, and Kassandra was incredibly patient, attentive, hardworking, and genuinely dedicated to making the experience smooth and enjoyable.
