This one is a true and real experience, I normally hate walking into a dealership - this was by far the best experience I've ever had . Take a visit to them and just ask for a price on a car and you'll see how good of a deal they give. From the minute I walked in, Moin made my purchase experiences flawless. I shopped around, then took the best price I can get to Moin for a Wrangler Two-Door. Moin literally found me theexact same Jeep at a much lower cost, without any haggling or hassle. I was out of the dealership in an hour, with the price I wanted and the Jeep I wanted. Picked up the car today, turnaround time 3 days! Amazing, from beginning to end... I originally did a bit of research and quote grabbing via email. My salesperson, Moin, was very quick with replying, professional and brief. He got me a quote for every possible vehicle I had on my list of contenders, was patient and understood my budget. I had contacted other dealerships, that, I guess, didn't feel my pockets were deep enough, so they fell off the conversation before I even went in to see any of them. Some salespeople were adament about getting my phone number, which I always refuse until its necessary for credit check. Moin didn't even ask. He understood my method of communication was preferred via email. I had decided on a Ram classic Express, but after test driving the 2019 Ram Sport, I knew that was my next truck. I was a little stressed about the extra cost, but Moin somehow pulled some strings and got me exactly what I wanted, at a payment my wife wasn't going to strangle me over. On delivery day I was in and out in maybe twenty minutes. Some quick signatures, a swipe of my credit card, and I was on my way. The truck was spotless and had about 3/4 tank of fuel they didn't charge me for. I was impressed with what a well flowing business this is. On a side note, my wife met the president of Ontario Chrysler at a charity event, after I had signed the deal. She said he was one of the nicest people she'd ever met. I always feel good supporting nice people who support worthwhile causes. This is my new dealership for life. More

Moin understood our needs and wants for a vehicle, and in that one sitdown we hashed things out and came to a reasonable deal between all parties. I'd recommend Moin and the dealership to anyone. Moin even added winter mats before we left. We had asked that winter tires be installed on the vehicle upon our arrival and that was all done smoothly. There was a significant price difference between what the bottom line of our local dealship was and Ontario Chrysler which is why I was able to afford the vehicle I wanted. Thanks again! More
