I asked for AC diagnosis and was told rear lines are leaking and costs 3K with taxes to replace. Took the car to Master Mechanic for second opinion and they found that the condenser was leaking and repl leaking and costs 3K with taxes to replace. Took the car to Master Mechanic for second opinion and they found that the condenser was leaking and replaced with 1.4K. Toyota did not care about my car and price at all. They just wanted to rip me off. Not to say that every-time I bring my 14y old Highlander for service they insinuate it is an old care and everything breaks. I take pride in this car as single owner and having 360,000 km on board. very disappointed for their service. More
