DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE for service here, one of the worst service departments ever. There workers are like a revolving door changes everytime I've been there, they treat you like garbage if you are do worst service departments ever. The main issue is that all there technicians are incompetent and could not find a issue with my vehicle on three different times that it was brought in. They don't know how to diagnose a vehicle properly. Finally was brought to another dealership and came to find out bad water pump was the cause(pulley is wobbling) They are now not taking fault into misdiagnosis of the vehicle the original time when was brought in and state there was no issue at that moment when there clearly wrong because I wouldnt have brought it back there three different times trying to resolve this issue. Worst dealership ever find another place. All they want is your money. Scam artists UPDATE: You have already looked at my vehicle and remember at that time did not show any symptoms of issues is what the service manager stated to me... Stop lying to people this is not slander this is FACTS. Why would I pay another diagnosis fee when I've already gotten it done at another actual qualified dealership that was a Chrysler dealership, which was recommended that I do by Chrysler Canada. If you were the dealership you state you are you with your exceptional customer service you would have diagnosed the vehicle for free since the mistake of misdiagnosis the first time around and then actually done the repair to have the vehicle fixed properly but unfortunately you aren't. As for the service manager Jacky and his exceptional customer service qualities were never seen once and as a manager should understand that people do make mistakes and thing do get missed sometimes as they did in this situation but not being able to admit that is just showing how good there customer service is. Don't waste your time with them. This is the service you will receive. Please take this as a example. Not only are they out for your money there going to lie as the same time. I was in-touch with him close to a few months ago concerning a 2020 so-called "certified pre-owned" Chevrolet Impala Premier that's ckearly been riddled with issues, especially those electrical in nature, since I collected it effective this past December 17th ( 2022 ) . Anyhow, I was referred to him, who not only neglected to subsequently hold up his end of the bargain, but grew rather irritated with me when I mentioned I'd been waiting to hear from him for days when we reconnected. That whole dealership was heavily afflicted by incompetence, which I'll speak to in greater detail and definition but, given that he dispensed irrititation and attitude towards me, for problems that had persisted since the previous December 17th, not to mention given that he appears to be in a management position here, my advice is "Stay away." Devin B., owner of a 2020 Chevrolet Impala Premier that was neverly serviced properly from the get go, which led to me incurring no shortage of negligence and attitude from the given dealership when I attempted to seek their assistance in resolving the issues, once-and-for-all. Poor service, went in for a Exhaust leak on my truck. Was told they cant guarantee it being under warranty until they pulled my exhaust manifold off because I have an aftermarket exhaust. (Not a catback just an exhaust with OEM Hangars) Even if it has to do with the Manifold they cant tell me if its warranty or not. The bill would be 520 dollars if they did any work on the truck. Even if they just pulled the heat shield off the manifold. I don't recommend bringing your vehicle here for service unless you want to be scammed. Kawartha Chrysler did it for me no problem. More
