Poor service, my car has been there over a month and I keep getting the run around about it. Misty doesn’t call me for any updates I have to call myself and it’s lie after lie. Also she seems to have an attitude when I call to check on my car. The only good thing is Kia does provide you a rental for free. More

I came in for an oil change the technician apparently did not notice that the oil filter had a double gasket on it I lost a lot of my oil got it all over my carport had to return the car a day or two later a not notice that the oil filter had a double gasket on it I lost a lot of my oil got it all over my carport had to return the car a day or two later and get everything corrected the only fault I have with the dealership is there's too many recalls before they fixed my air conditioner that was in eight times before they decided what was wrong with that More

Misty Owen was very responsive and returned calls as she could. Not happy with Kia’s policy concerning engine defects but she has no control over that.
