Dave always seems to do what is best for the customer. He has an excellent disposition. In addition, Min Kim got involved at the end of the transaction and he is exceptional. I have dealt with him for the purchase of other cars over the years and he always gives me VIP service and fair pricing. More

Desperate for sales! I NEVER wrote a review anywhere but this one I had to! My advice – Stay away from this dealership and visit another BMW dealership in GTA! Please have LITERALLY EVERYTHING you talk to this dealership in writing or video or audio recordings because they’re going to come back to say ”it doesn’t say that on the contract”. They will lie to your face. They will say all different lies just you to sign the papers. PLEASE HAVE EVERYTHING IN WRITING, I MEAN LITERALLY EVERYTHING, DELIVERY DATES, VEHICLE FEATURES, MAINTENACE SERVICES, ETC... Be careful of all the lies especially with the vehicles features! Don’t ask them anything verbally but have everything in writing and have them sign or initial it. Please read below of my nightmare experience with Parkview BMW! I went into this dealership on May 23rd to make a purchase and I bought new BMW X3 on the same day. I was told vehicle will take until June 2nd for the delivery. On June 2nd I haven’t heard anything therefore I decided to go to the dealership and I was told it’ll take until June 6th. I waited till June 7th next day, I decided to visit the dealership again and I was told it’ll take another 3 weeks. Since they couldn’t deliver the vehicle on the second date mentioned by them and I was frustrated of the lies therefore asked them to cancel the contract. I talked to business manager Steve Petruzziello, explained my situation and asked to cancel this contract since they didn’t deliver the vehicle on both of the promised dates. Steve was saying they can’t cancel the contract because the delivery date wasn’t on the invoice (contract) and it was just a verbal statement from the sales representative. Steve also made “fatherly” advice such as “at least you have a car to drive now and you’re not taking TTC” also how his wife drives a Honda Civic with 2 kids and how they’re comfortable. What he does with his wife is his business and customers don’t need to know. These comments are irrelevant and rude! Then I talked to another business manager Minn Kim and Minn was as useless as their words! Since Steve and Minn didn’t cancel the contract I filled a complaint with OMVIC (Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council). OMVIC advised me with helpful hints. If I knew I had to wait this long to receive a vehicle I wouldn’t have singed any contract but I was lied (delivery date) and tricked (vehicle features) into buying this BMW! This place is so desperate for sales and they would do anything and everything to get the sale done also their customer service is pathetic when there’s an issue. On the day I picked up the vehicle I was talking to another business manager George Armenis, George was understanding. After I picked up the vehicle I noticed some of the key features are missing which I was told I’m getting with this vehicle. I tried contacting them regarding this and it was a pointless conversation. Parkview BMW will lie to your face to get the sale done. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!! I bought two Lexus just down the street and they’re service was phenomenal, Parkview BMW should get some training from them! I knew I should’ve stayed with Lexus. I wish I could warn every single person who walks into this dealership about my situation with this Parkview BMW! I’m not sure how Parkview BMW has 5 stars from customers or maybe they write their own reviews! I wouldn’t even give 1 star but the system requires you to. I sure wouldn’t return back to Parkview BMW and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! More
