I did follow him from Autohaus to Parkview and overall dealer experience was way better with Parkview. My second purchase was 2018 M2, and then got my parents 2018 X3 M40i. As my purchase history proves, I had no reason to find someone else in BMW. Joe was always there to help me as if I am actual family member. His customer service is somewhere you cannot compare to. I had no doubt that he will be my recent 2018 M3 Competition purchase so I visited him again. He does not trick you, he is honest snd enthusiastic. Not only when you are meeting him at the dealership. He has been my good friend as well. His service will not ne limited only at his work place.
