4th BMW purchase from Joe!!!! Hands down I have nothing else to say other than perfect on his service. He became my friend ever since my very first purchase 2016 X4. I did follow him from Autohaus to Parkview and overall dealer experience was way better with Parkview. My second purchase was 2018 M2, and then got my parents 2018 X3 M40i. As my purchase history proves, I had no reason to find someone else in BMW. Joe was always there to help me as if I am actual family member. His customer service is somewhere you cannot compare to. I had no doubt that he will be my recent 2018 M3 Competition purchase so I visited him again. He does not trick you, he is honest snd enthusiastic. Not only when you are meeting him at the dealership. He has been my good friend as well. His service will not ne limited only at his work place. He will answer you and visit you if you have any trouble even he is not working and having a day off. Go find Parkview if you are considering BMW for your next purchase. Dave always seems to do what is best for the customer. He has an excellent disposition. In addition, Min Kim got involved at the end of the transaction and he is exceptional. I have dealt with him for the purchase of other cars over the years and he always gives me VIP service and fair pricing. More
