Arrived for routine service, but the service advisor pointed out that they had received the parts needed for a recall notice to my 2013 Escape. He then asked if I was interested in having the work done pointed out that they had received the parts needed for a recall notice to my 2013 Escape. It was great to work with Mike Waddle on the recall for my Ford Edge. He was polite, kind and efficient. In less than an hour my washed vehicle was ready.
