This dealer has always been top notch with all my service needs. Had a slight problem after my 60,000 mile service and they went out of their way to find the issue and make it right. Rich Jacobso Ford has been #1 in our opinion for vehicles and for service. We have purchased a Focus, Edge, Fusion Hybrid, F-150, and an Explorer ST. Rich Jacobson has always been our "go to guy" for sales. Service has always been great, but AH Ford has definitely "stepped it up" with efficiency and even better responsiveness. Service Rep Justin Barrett was absolutely wonderful in keeping me advised of the service progress and helping me negotiate the recent recall related to a minor exhaust problem. We know that we can purchase a vehicle anywhere, but it's the service that has kept us coming back to AH Ford. More
