Appraisal was quick and price was fair on my Trade and the cash deal on the New Escape went well with Mike S. being efficient and knowledgable about his product. As a Ford Motor retiree, it is nice to meet a salesman who knows the Ford Product. Only regret is that I forgot to get a New '13 Escape Sales brochure. Maybe you will give me one when I come back? Was very happy with Mike on the sales staff. He worked have to get me into the suv I wanted.Kevin was a little brash in some of his statements comments like I don't care what you do as far as financing wa have to get me into the suv I wanted.Kevin was a little brash in some of his statements comments like I don't care what you do as far as financing was a little careless but he did do a very good job on getting a better finance deal Chris in the short time I delt with him put me at ease.overall I am very pleased with my experience More
