The one thing I would suggest is that the dealership should offer several free oil changes on the purchase of a new car, as this is common practice with other dealerships and a good way to introduce your new customer to your service department. The cars are superb, but the service is truly exceptional. I loved my 2007 Sportage, which is still on the road at something over 300,000 kms on it. We've had two Rios, a Forte, and a Sedona. All of the people we have dealt with over the years have been just terrific! More
