The service personnel is terrible they arent friendly. They just go well "We're busy let's me ask if they can check your car out" it's quite annoying they always say that. I've scheduled my check up all the time. Then they blame blue link / Hyundai for scheduling my appointment. Can we please fix their attitude please. It's very unwelcoming. I am seriously thinking about upgrading to a 2023 Hyundai vehicle but I'll go to some other dealer because the service has been terrible not welcoming.
