I made reservations for my husband’s and my card months in advance. They were for 10:30 and 10:45 am, and yet, when I showed up, suddenly only my husband’s reservation was showing up and I was informed tha in advance. They were for 10:30 and 10:45 am, and yet, when I showed up, suddenly only my husband’s reservation was showing up and I was informed that “since I did not have an appt I was going to have to expect a longer wait.” I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership over the past 10 years, and my whole family drives Hyundais from Family and takes them to the service center. After this last experience, I’m going to be looking elsewhere. More

My car's engine light was on and Happy Hyundai turned me away due to heavy workload. So I had to tow my vehicle to Family for service. They got me in and out in no time. This dealership has one of the best service departments on the southside. Although they are extremely busy every time I visit, they find a way to get my service done and do it with a smile. Everyone that works there is super nice and goes the extra mile to ensure you leave with a smile. I can't thank the staff and management enough for the last 3 years of exceptional service. A special thanks to Michael K the service manager for always looking out for the customers vehicles. This is my 3rd Hyundai , and I would only buy and service my Hyundai with Family.
