Went in for oil change and any manufacturer scheduled maintenance. Did not attach inspection sheet. Service writer told me the battery was bad and ask if I waned replaced, I said no because some filters maintenance. Did not attach inspection sheet. Service writer told me the battery was bad and ask if I waned replaced, I said no because some filters and battery replacement is something I am capable of doing. Not sure if this was the reason for not including inspection report but makes me wonder if it had something to do with not including report. More

I have always had good service at this dealership and I bought my car from here. But yesterday I had an appointment for my oil change at 2 pm and then at 305pm I seen my car sitting out there in the parkin bought my car from here. But yesterday I had an appointment for my oil change at 2 pm and then at 305pm I seen my car sitting out there in the parking lot and no one came and to tell me if was done. I said something to a service person and then I continued to have to wait another 20 minutes. I was not pleased with my service experience this time. More
