I drove in from Barrie and was immediately able to test drive the vehicle and arrange for financing on the spot. Mike in sales was kind and did his best to help despite it being a very busy Saturday. Lisa in financing was very accommodating and took the time to ensure the best financing options were made available to us. We didn't feel rushed and she explained all our options very clearly. Mark from the parts department was also great. He helped us select some winter tires and went out of his way to make sure we had them installed before picking up the vehicle the following day. We paid Michelle in the service dept. for the tire installation and she was very irritable with both myself and our salesperson. Considering this, I do not think I will return to this location for service on the vehicle. All in all a good experience - I would recommend visiting this location - they have a great selection of vehicles and the sales/financing staff are very helpful. More

Great knowledge and customer service! After looking for a certain vehicle in a few other dealerships, and dealing with salespeople that would promise us a vehicle and then getting a phone After looking for a certain vehicle in a few other dealerships, and dealing with salespeople that would promise us a vehicle and then getting a phone call saying it wasn't available, we went to see Mike. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. It didn't take much negotiating as he gave us the best possible price and lower than the other dealers. On top of all that, we asked if we could have our vehicle the next day since we had a planned family trip. This dealership has amazing customer service, from their salespeople, their financing department, John, and their servicing department. We ended up getting the extended warranty and full protection coverage for rust, and seats and our vehicle was ready to be picked up for 1pm the next day!!!! Thank you all for making our experience great. We will definitely be visiting you again and recommending Mike! More

Simply the best! Great 21st century customer service. Sevenview clearly values their customer's time. They are willing to talk to you over the phone and e-mail without making you miss work. Then they are quick to deliver when you do come into their offices. I recommend there no xx approach. They are willing to shed old, bad, and out dated habits that the car industry has struggled with. Literally every other single dealership I have ever dealt with completely wasted my time and insist that you come to their dealership to talk prices. Then they make you sit in the dealership for hours while they pretend they are trying to get a good price for their managers. Not Sevenview!! More

Outstanding Service Just bought a new vehicle from Seven View. Got off to a slow start with no salesmen around, then the receptionist got us Mike Blanda. He was fantastic , we had done our homework before going to the showroom so we knew exactly what we were looking for. Mike showed us the vehicle and then did the paperwork. He was polite and gave us a great deal on our trade in. It was a breeze compared to other car salesmen we had dealt with in the past. We waited a bit and then he passed us over to Lisa Capaldi their Finance Manager. Another excellent individual, nothing we asked or wanted was any problem I'd say from start to finish it was about an hour and a half and we had bought a new vehicle. We picked up the van a few days later and again the service from both Mike and Lisa was fantastic and very polite. Plus after we signed all the documents they both thanked us for giving Seven View our business. What a change from previous dealerships we dealt with . We would definitely recommend this dealership to our friends and family., and make sure they asked for Mike as their salesman, and Lisa to complete the deal. The Hunters More
