I do not mind driving to Corte Madera from San Francisco even just for an oil change because I know my car will be carefully checked. The Service Advisor responsible for ensuring I receive quick, efficient and courteous service is Karen Kraut. With Karen in charge of helping me I not only am getting good service, I am also dealing with a friend who really cares about taking care of my Acura. My service advisor, Mishelle Martinez, was very nice, friendly, and extremely helpful. She explained me every detail of the service checkpoints and gave me very good information that helped me to make my decision on how to plan further services for my car. I highly recommend Michelle for her professional knowledge and human kindness. 3. upfront time and money estimations are very close to the actually happened. I've been amazed on how precise the time and cost estimations have been done on many occasions. It is extremely helpful because you can plan your day schedule firmly enough. I would say it was a ho-hum adventure until I met the crew at Marin Before I bought my Acura, I visited the usual haunts of other makes and dealers. I would say it was a ho-hum adventure until I met the crew at Marin Acura. These guys were terrific. They know their cars and those of their competitors. It was a pleasurable and enlightening experience. I felt like part of the family. They introduced me to the techno-wizard, Danny, their service department, their finance guru and the boss lady. I was ready to move in, however I had other commitments to honor. All in all it was an amazing experience that I will not soon forget. This IS the place! Forget the rest. Their coffee is also to die for. Yeah--I really mean it. More
