Weeks out for appointments for service. They are not keeping pace with their growth in the service department. Somewhat frustrating to deal with. More

My dear wife tried other cars but wanted a new GX 460 . Send an email to five people in Lexus including Mr Vladimir. The only person to respond was Ms Alter. I told her what my wife wanted . Immediately work on it and I think got me the best deal possible , very rapidly , honestetly and with infinitely professionalism and extreme efficiency . WOW What an amazing sales person , what person skills and manner. I will recommend MS Alter without reservations to anyone that wants THE BEST!!!!!!!!. More
