I would not recommend this location at all. Especially for service your better off going to a auto shop or junk yard. The service employees sucks Micheal Krat and the manager TJ Schmidt. I was told to only talk to TJ Schmidt because he is the service manager I called to speak with him, when I called today a lady picked up and said he is busy at the moment and he will call me back. Someone else called me back 2 hours later which was NOT TJ Schmidt after I spoke with another employee Micheal Krat he was also very disrespectful and rude. This place is a total rip off please don’t take your car here for service anything. I’m guessing the manager TJ Schmidt did not want to speak with me because I still have yet to speak with him and to me that is very unprofessional. I’m paying you guys money and I asked to speak to the service manager and unfortunately the service manager did not want to speak with me if I could give this place NEGATIVE stars I definitely would.
