First of all I never in my have life have ever went to the most unprofessional service center at dealership then this establishment!!! This is my story I went to originally get my part reprogrammed that the most unprofessional service center at dealership then this establishment!!! This is my story I went to originally get my part reprogrammed that I bought used 600 dollars that all because a new part costs 2400 dollars to install for a brake booster so I was told that the part I got wasn’t working to be programmed fine I told them I go with a getting a new part from them and installed . I was informed by advisor Matt ( which was by the way the most professional believe it or not then Service manager Mike Kratschula and assistant service manager Eric ) that the part will take approximately two weeks so then I waited two weeks later and nothing they couldn’t give me tracking number and couldn’t even give me an estimated time. I asked to speak to a manager and spoke to Eric which was extremely rude and irate with me didn’t allow me to speak keep stating we only have one hybrid tech can’t remove the old part til we get a new part and don’t have a estimate time on what the part will come in. I asked to speak to his manager and at that point he hung up on me. I was in shock how could a manager act like this. Then service manager mike called me back 5 minutes later was stating I was using foul language to his dispatcher being rude to his assistant service manager Eric that is why he hung up. I stated to Mike I just wanna pick up my vehicle and part ways with them that’s all. He said fine pick it up. I went ahead and picked up the vehicle didn’t want any problems and seen this paper work below I was heated because I did nothing of what they claimed I never stated I wanted anything free and foul language isn’t even in my language so yes they lied . Looking at some of these other bad reviews about Mike I understand now what they meant . So once I seen what they lied on me about I asked to Mike personally and off course no professionalism he stated to the staff He spoke he didn’t have anything else to say to me . I wanted to comment how bad there service was as a service manager and about the false comments made on the statement he or someone else made. He didn’t want to talk to me and even stated he was gonna call the police on me and acted like he did ( the whole time I’m laughing because guess what I do for a living) This whole case was really unrealistic to me I’ve been a previous customer of them numerous times before. I was shopping for a new vehicle (Hyundai) it will not be there after this let alone no more service center there for me . This dealership really needs to work on there service center customer service skills. I later realize service manager MIKE and assistant service manager ERIC are related maybe brothers or father and son as they have the same last name . More

I've done business with Family Hyundai on 2 occasions. The first time, they were unable to identify the problem and refused to give my concern any further time/effort. The problem was corrected at another Hyundai dealership. The second time I took my vehicle there, someone removed the money that I forgot to take out. I should not have left it but management was very nonchalant about it. After being transferred 3 times and a "dropped" call, I finally did speak to someone who I gave notice of my failure to remove money from the vehicle. I got a return call, letting me know that there was nothing in the car. I accepted what I was told. I guess because it involved cash, I was not surprised but I was hopeful. I will say that they made a special effort to accommodate my need for service. Instead of a February appointment, I was "worked in" in 2 days. The service was good. No need to name names. Of the 5 people that I spoke with, only one took the time to even listen to the reason for my call before transferring me or simply leaving me hanging, waiting until my call went back to the operator and I had to start all over again. . Family Hyundai service dept is AWESOME !!!! They are extremely busy and backlogged but Mike the service manager was able to get my Tucson serviced for me. The service staff and tech's are friendly, and extremely busy and backlogged but Mike the service manager was able to get my Tucson serviced for me. The service staff and tech's are friendly, and knowledgeable, and accommodating when it comes to giving the best service possible. All the service staff is outstanding !!!!!!
