It took them 3 weeks to even look at my car and only after I spoke to two managers and threatened to have my car towed to a different dealer. The service I received here was awful. Whoever is in charge of the service department should be fired. I dropped my car off expecting it to be completed in one day (as they promised) and d Whoever is in charge of the service department should be fired. I dropped my car off expecting it to be completed in one day (as they promised) and didn’t get it for another 3 days. I never once received a call with an update. When I call I kept getting out on hold so I would have to drive there just for them to tell me they are busy and they’ll get to it. When I asked to speak to a manager, the manager told the associate tell him it’s not ready what else does he want from me. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON. More
