Charles, Lily and Mike D. made my first Kia experience a great one on the purchase on my new Kia Stinger GT Limited. I went to another Kia location, but Lockwood Kia was the dealership that had the right car and offer! I’ve been doing my research on the Stinger and this car by far is bang for the buck, I was in no rush to purchase and the timing was just right. Charles answered all my questions, was patient and helped me make a purchase instead of selling me the car. Charles was also responsive in our email communications and he followed up with a personal email after our first meeting which was a nice touch! Charles was also the one to do the delivery and took his time to go over all the features of the car. Mike D. (General Manager) also made my experience a great one as he provided options that met my budget and an offer I that was best. Lily was professional, put me at ease and was on my side when it came down to the financing and paper work. Lily provided me with updates and did her best to ensure I was getting the best possible rates from the lenders. Congratulations and a BIG thank you to Lockwood Kia and staff on making me and my family feel at home. My wife, son and I look forward to seeing you in February and make another purchase from Lockwood! Great experience purchasing my new Stinger I went into Lockwood Kia not certain if I wanted to buy a new vehicle or not. I was promptly greeted by Lake Heist and he was able to answer all my questions about the Kia Stinger. He was extremely knowledgeable and never put any pressure on me. We went for a test drive and I became very interested. Lake suggested I take the vehicle home for a few hours to better familiarize myself with the car and show my family. I was extremely pleased that I was allowed to do so. I decided to buy the vehicle and the staff at Lockwood Kia made my experience an extremely positive one. Special thanks to Lake Heist and Mike DeFreitas who went way beyond the call of duty to ensure we got the deal done. My experience was awesome from start to finish I was in a bad situation as my car broke down in a shopping centre parking lot. When Mike heard of my dilemma, he immediately took action to try and h I was in a bad situation as my car broke down in a shopping centre parking lot. When Mike heard of my dilemma, he immediately took action to try and help me. First of all, he had my car towed away at no cost to me, which was a huge concern for me. He learned that my financial situation was not great, but that didn't stop him. I had no money to put down, and he still managed to help me. He got me into a great, reliable and safe vehicle. Mike actually saved me, and I'm very grateful. He actually brought the car to me so I didn't have to worry about getting to the dealership. Through the whole thing Mile was professional and courteous. Thanks so much for all tour help Mike! More

Went in with a specific budget. Nathan listened and took the time with me. He did his very best to work within the difficult budget I had, and was flexible with my availability. I have never had a smoother purchase or worked with a finer group of people. I agreed to the purchase the vehicle sight unseen, as I live in the U.S. Based upon my many conversations with the dealership, I felt confident going to contract and making a deposit. Christian was our Sales Rep who took ownership of every step in the transaction under the guidance of Mike the Sales Manager. Both were consummate professionals.I flew to Canada to inspect the vehicle which I found to be in the condition it was represented. No defects, no flaws, no problems whatsoever. I wish they had a US Dealership so I could buy my next vehicle there. But the experience was so pleasant, I may just make another long distance purchase when I am ready for another vehicle. Great dealership, great staff, great service. You just can't find a better place to purchase a vehicle!!! More

We spent several evenings at Lockwood looking at cars and discussing options and they all kept our energetic toddler son busy so the parents can have an easy time. You don't see that everyday! Charles Divita is a very knowledgeable and over-all sweet guy to deal with. He was very patient with our multitude of questions and even waited after closing time so we were satisfied with our purchase. He knows the cars inside-out. Michael Holgiun took us through the financing/leasing part of the process and explained everything very clearly. But watch out, his high spirit and exuberance is contagious! Michael DeFreitas is the GM and an absolute delight to deal with. A real professional. We worked out the pricing of the new car and trade-in of our old car all on his computer. Very transparent in the numbers were working with, so at no point do you get any doubts or feel you're being taken for a ride. In most other dealerships, you never even get to see the GM in any part of the process. Thanks Mike! Lockwood Kia is a model dealership for customer service and delivery. I've been recommending them to our friends and family and if you're in the market for a Kia, you should definitely pay them a visit. It's worth it! More
