I have never had a smoother purchase or worked with a finer group of people. I agreed to the purchase the vehicle sight unseen, as I live in the U.S. Based upon my many conversations with the dealership, I felt confident going to contract and making a deposit. Christian was our Sales Rep who took ownership of every step in the transaction under the guidance of Mike the Sales Manager. Both were consummate professionals.I flew to Canada to inspect the vehicle which I found to be in the condition it was represented. No defects, no flaws, no problems whatsoever. I wish they had a US Dealership so I could buy my next vehicle there. But the experience was so pleasant, I may just make another long distance purchase when I am ready for another vehicle. Great dealership, great staff, great service. You just can't find a better place to purchase a vehicle!!! More

We spent several evenings at Lockwood looking at cars and discussing options and they all kept our energetic toddler son busy so the parents can have an easy time. You don't see that everyday! Charles Divita is a very knowledgeable and over-all sweet guy to deal with. He was very patient with our multitude of questions and even waited after closing time so we were satisfied with our purchase. He knows the cars inside-out. Michael Holgiun took us through the financing/leasing part of the process and explained everything very clearly. But watch out, his high spirit and exuberance is contagious! Michael DeFreitas is the GM and an absolute delight to deal with. A real professional. We worked out the pricing of the new car and trade-in of our old car all on his computer. Very transparent in the numbers were working with, so at no point do you get any doubts or feel you're being taken for a ride. In most other dealerships, you never even get to see the GM in any part of the process. Thanks Mike! Lockwood Kia is a model dealership for customer service and delivery. I've been recommending them to our friends and family and if you're in the market for a Kia, you should definitely pay them a visit. It's worth it! More

They end offering me something different for what I apply Matthew has a very good level of service but the dealer policy aren't cleared based on what you apply and what they end offer you for when you need it Matthew has a very good level of service but the dealer policy aren't cleared based on what you apply and what they end offer you for when you need it. I apply to a 7 year financing and they end offering me a 3 year lease. I don't apply with them for lease and they want to attach me with any type of loan different of what I apply even expecting to wait for them up to 90 days to find me a better financing options. Nobody with a car need will wait for that period. I loose the deposit and they loose me and relatives as a customers. I don't recommend this dealer. More

My Service Advisor Mr. Giulio Michetti,really takes the time to ensure that all of my car and my needs are met as a customer. The former Service Advisor Jake was also awesome but he has since moved over to the selling side--I'm so glad that I found them. I now live in Ottawa and still make the trip back to Oakville because I think their service is stellar and I want my car to be serviced by the best. We got a beautiful vehicle for a great price. The second key fob was missing when we picked up our car but Christian delivered the key fob directly to our home the next day. Amazing!! More
