From the time he took my initial phone call to handing over the keys to my new car, he put me at ease. He is very knowledgable and sincere and loves what he does! I had a small concern after purchasing my car and Michael got Jason, Used car Sales Manager, involved; and just like that my concern was highly prioritized and resolved! This is my second car purchased from this dealership and they never cease to wow and amaze! I hope to have my new 2021 Avalon Hybrid for some time, but when I'm ready for a new purchase again, it will be from Ed Martin Toyota. I just hope that Michael Ball will still be there as my Sales Consultant! More
