I had researched the vehicle I was interested in on the intranet and John Goodpaster and I set a mutually agreeable appointment time. The vehicle was ready for inspection. I was pretty sure this was the vehicle I was going to purchase when I arrived, and as a result I the negotiation was pretty tame and routine.
