She also provided informative updates during the build and delivery phases which we greatly appreciated. When we received notification that the vehicle was ready to be picked up, Ms. Ackerman and other Ed Martin staff provided a seamless closing process. Initially, I visited the dealership with no intention of buying a vehicle; I was simply interested in looking at the car. However, after speaking with Kyle and experiencing his professionalism, knowledge, and customer-first approach, I felt confident enough to move forward with booking the vehicle and scheduling an appointment with him. I also visited another Toyota dealership in Indianapolis, but the experience there was nowhere close to what I received at Ed Martin Toyota. Kyle was proactive, patient, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions thoroughly, provided all the information I needed, and ensured that everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. During the buying process, I accidentally paid an extra $500 toward the down payment. The dealership handled the situation professionally and refunded the amount back to me promptly. That level of honesty, transparency, and customer service truly stood out and gave me even more confidence in the team. To be honest, I was never really a Toyota person before this experience, but now I can confidently say that I will continue choosing Toyota for myself and my family in the future. This experience was not just about purchasing a vehicle — it was about receiving outstanding customer care and building trust.
