He mentioned me by name so I knew it wasn't a canned video. It helped me immensely on deciding to purchase the truck. I live over 2500 miles away and this was going to be a long distance purchase. Upon arriving at Ed Martin Toyota, Michael was there to greet us, we went through the process of signing all the documents.
