This used to be a great family run Kia dealership which was focused on customer satisfaction and service but then it was aquired by Ken Ganley. Expections were not met and we felt underserved for sure. Should of bought from another dealer outside our local one which was giving us $1,500 off MSRP and included no cost labor for mudguard install, Our sales guy (Noah) answered all our questions but did not advocate for us at all with mgmt. More

I had a great experience with Kia of Mentor. I met Mike A. and “G”, they were very professional, efficient and patient with me answering all my questions. Mike worked with me getting my payment to where I was comfortable with no pressure. I ended up leasing the 2023 Kia Sportage, and I absolutely love it. I appreciated G texting me the next day asking if I had any questions/concerns, and that I can call him for assistance. Such a breath of fresh air compared to some other dealerships I’ve been to in the past. I’ll definitely be referring family & friends to go see G, Mike and the Kia of Mentor team!
