A Smooth Ride with my First Car Purchase My 4-month long used car search came to a pleasant end when I reached out to Matt Sparkes about purchasing a specific car from the Finch Chevy lot. My My 4-month long used car search came to a pleasant end when I reached out to Matt Sparkes about purchasing a specific car from the Finch Chevy lot. My home being located 3 hours from the dealership was the only hassle I encountered but, to make matters easier Matt was very accommodating. He spoke on the phone with me various times and forwarded all the information I requested. He put a hold on the car and spent multiple hours with me while I inspected every square inch. Matt is very patient with first time buyers and quite thorough with used car history. Without a doubt, I would recommend Matt Sparkes. More

We never felt pressured into anything, and you really feel like you matter here. We love both of our cars, and we've also benefited from the great service department too. Matt is very professional, friendly, and welcoming, and he remembered us even after a year of not coming in. He answered every question and concern we had, and he really made us feel confident that we were making the right choice! Richard is also incredibly professional and friendly, and he makes the worst part of buying a car (getting financing) something simple and easy...even fun.
