I was given a VIP appointment, on line, to look at a specific vehicle. While driving to appointment, I received a call from a salesperson asking what type of vehicle I was interested in. After getting t specific vehicle. While driving to appointment, I received a call from a salesperson asking what type of vehicle I was interested in. After getting to dealer, while waiting for the sales people to find the keys for vehicle I was set up to look at (took them approximately 20 mins to find)I received another call from a sales person. After making a deal to purchase the vehicle I was there to see, I went to bank and while at the bank, received yet another call about what type of vehicle I was interested in. The sales person that worked hard to find the keys, take me on a test ride and sell me the vehicle was great. She was knowledgable, and although her expertise was BMW, went out of her way to help set me up in the vehicle and show me all the options and how to use them. More

From my first interaction with the internet department to driving off the lot, this was a very pleasant experience. No pressure from sales or the finance office. Everyone I talked to actually knew the answers to my questions. Mary was my salesperson and is very knowledgeable about BMWs and is a pleasure to deal with. Karl, the general sales manager worked with me over the phone regarding my trade and was always up front and honest. The finance department didn't try to push me into anything I didn't want. Overall they get an A+. Go there, buy a car and have no regrets! More

We now have 2 BMW’s. Mary Kelly was quite helpful in many ways such as finding our Ideal automobile & was our advocate in negotiating the finances. I am also quite impressed with their Genius program to help ways such as finding our Ideal automobile & was our advocate in negotiating the finances.
