Worst experience ever One of my worst experiences with a car dealer. Gave me a great deal over the phone on a new CT200h. From ottawa so I couldnt see the car but since it was new i wasnt expecting it to be a problem. Emailed the salesperson (Mark) several times to make sure the car was fine and he replied all was well. Flew in with my wife to pick up the car and when I inspected the car I found two small dents on the door. The car also wasnt (prepped) cleaned inside and out (finger prints on the ceiling and doors and the sticky tape was still found on the car. The tires weren't balanced (found that out on the way home) If it wasnt for my wife I wouldve left them with the car. But then we had to find a way home and they knew it. They would not compensate us in any way except to low ball a repair compensation to fix the dents. Turned out to be twice their estimate. It wasnt until we threatened to leave did they offer us anything (an additional $500 and paid for the full proper repair when a new higher estimate was quoted). If full reparation was offered from the beginning and the car was prepped properly my rating would be higher however this didnt happen and we has to go through a stressful situation. I honestly expected more from a Lexus dealership and from Lexus. Will not go back. More

Exceptional Experience Dear Future Lexus Owners, First off, let me say that owning a Lexus is like no other experience! In addition, purchasing a Lexus (new or pre-owned) from any other Lexus dealer besides Ken Shaw is out of the question. I recently purchased a Lexus IS 250 from Ken Shaw Lexus. Besides the car being amazing, the quality and standard of service that I received was impeccable. From the minute we stepped into the dealership we were treated with courtesy and respect (and trust me, this doesn't happen at every dealership, I have some horror stories to share about others!). In this digital age, what matters is the right message at the right time! Mark Aquilla was the first to contact us once he knew what we were interested in. It was the perfect time, and his client relations skills won us over, even before we stepped into the dealership. Simon Wong, the pre-owned sales manager, really took care of us during our negotiations. He listened to our needs and was very accommodating (a trait not many sales managers have these days!) The entire experience was perfection from start to finish. Even post sale, Mark is still very much active from a client relationship standpoint. That is what I love as a customer and that is what will keep me a customer for Lexus in the forthcoming years.
