Oil change The staff and facilities are first class. The waiting room is stocked with free goodies. But the wait is the problem. For a two o’clock appointment for an oil change, I did not get out of there until 4:30. I think this is rather excessive so I probably will not be back for an oil change again. More

We dropped our car off for servic Our usual rep Carlos set us up as we requested a Saturday appointment. He left us in the capable hands of Valentina. We dropped our car off for service and was told it would be ready in about 2-3 hours. We were not in any particular rush so the window was perfect as we had several errands to run in the area. We received a call 2.5 hours later from Valentina stating our car was ready. At pick up she greeted us warmly and called to have the car pulled up. We waited maybe a few minutes (just enough time to sign the paperwork) and we were on our way. This is the second time we have used the Saturday service and both time Carlos and Valentina have been very accommodating and efficient in their communication. More

They diagnosed the problem,realized they didn't have the replacement tire in stock, ordered it immediately, gave me a loaner car to use, and fixed the problem so that I could pick up my car later in the day. Service I was at the dealership at 6:50 AM and the first in line. The person that logged me in must have made a mistake since I had to wait 20 minutes in the I was at the dealership at 6:50 AM and the first in line. The person that logged me in must have made a mistake since I had to wait 20 minutes in the waiting room while there were 3 service reps sitting around doing nothing. I even received an email from your dealership asking why I did NOT show up for my appointment? Whoever logged in me must have been inexperienced and in need of additional training. If it wasn't for Greg Jones, I probably would not go back for service at the dealership. Greg Jones was very professional, courtesy and extremely helpful. More
