Very helpful and courteous You arrive and they greet you before you get out of your car. They go over everything they are going to perform during your visit including the approx You arrive and they greet you before you get out of your car. They go over everything they are going to perform during your visit including the approximate time. They walk you over to a reception area that has everything you need to enjoy the time waiting. They occasionally stop and ask how you are doing and if there is anything they can do to help. They come and advise your car is ready and walk you to it. It is clean and the job is done very close to on time. More

Needed dealership repair I love my BMW 335D, but it is out of regular warranty so I try to be more selective of when I take it to the dealer. I appreciate that the higher cost I love my BMW 335D, but it is out of regular warranty so I try to be more selective of when I take it to the dealer. I appreciate that the higher costs reflect the training and standards they provide, and try to be judicious of when I need them. That being said - when I do use the dealership I feel it has always worth the value represented. I'm always pleased with the service, and I'm sure it's in a large part because of the asst. service manager I've been lucky enough to have for several years. Maria Lizardi always makes sure things are done right and leaves me confident I've made a good choice. She epitomizes and personifies the higher standard BMW endeavors to attain. More

Waited three hours and only got an oil change. I had an appointment to get my oil changed and to have my hatchback fixed. After three hours I was told the car was done but the hatch back was not fi I had an appointment to get my oil changed and to have my hatchback fixed. After three hours I was told the car was done but the hatch back was not fixed as they needed to order a part. When I asked what took three hours to determine what was wrong with my hatchback nobody could give me an answer. Now I have to do it all over again. This dealership is an hour away from my home so it blew most of the day. When I asked how long it would take to replace the part when I came back I once again could not get an answer. Don't you have a book that tells you labor time on all repairs? More

Fuse replacement Despite getting the wrong info from the parts guy about where the fuses are located for the cigarette lighter.
