Emergency Service of my Z4 Hi, I want to start by saying Thank You for such prompt service in helping me out with my dead battery. I had just arrived for the winter to find that Hi, I want to start by saying Thank You for such prompt service in helping me out with my dead battery. I had just arrived for the winter to find that my battery had died and I couldn’t get into my car to open the trunk to access the battery. Your guys went above and beyond and came out to me. They had to charge the existing battery for about 10 minutes before they were able to jump start it. Then I followed them back to the dealership where your service agent Maria was extremely nice and got my car right in to install a new battery and at the same time addressed some additional items that were do for service. All in All great experience from the entire service department at BMW of Sarasota. More

BMW in Sarasota is the Best I drive a Z4 Hard Top and I was having issues with noise inside the car when the top was up. The service department went the extra mile to find where I drive a Z4 Hard Top and I was having issues with noise inside the car when the top was up. The service department went the extra mile to find where the noise was coming from. Not an easy task, but through diligence they located the problem. I can't say enough about their service department and Maria my service consultant. She always keeps me informed during the process.
