Loss of engine coolant My 2018 430I convertible low coolant reservoir message appeared on my dash. I checked and it was empty. No leak was observed and engine temp was nor My 2018 430I convertible low coolant reservoir message appeared on my dash. I checked and it was empty. No leak was observed and engine temp was normal. This was followed by a low engine coolant message with normal engine temp. Maria, my service advisor offered to tow my car and work my car into the schedule immediately, even though no appointments were available for 2 days. I declined the tow since normal engine temps. we're observed and I was only 8 miles away. Upon arrival, my car was taken immediately for service. After, extensive pressure testing and additional diagnostics, no cause was found and coolant was added. Instructions to return were given if coolant loss reoccurred. So far, all is OK. In conclusion, I could not ask for any better service and attention from my service advisor, Maria, or the rest of the service department. My expectations have always been met and exceeded by Maria and the service department. Many thanks for their efforts on my behalf. More

He is a consummate professional and knows all the ins and outs of making sure his customers are well cared for and that they don’t make any mistakes in choosing the right equipment for their cars. And when you sit down to do the paperwork and possibly select add-on services for your car, Tammy is simply amazing. She understands all the nuances of the many offered programs such as the tire and wheel protection plan and many others. I am totally pleased with this dealership and my new X3 M40i. More

Outstanding. A new experience. My entire service experience was outstanding. Both the check in process and my interaction with my service rep were outstanding. My service rep explained the service process to me during our initial conversation and then she updated after the service was completed but before the car was ready. Finally, when my car was ready she accompanied me to my vehicle and removed the paper floor mat and hanging tag before I got in it. Outstanding customer service. Thank you. More

A well oiled machine From the moment I arrived at the service entrance which was clearly marked and easily accessible, I was greeted with smiling faces and efficient servi From the moment I arrived at the service entrance which was clearly marked and easily accessible, I was greeted with smiling faces and efficient service. Maria was my service advisor and even went so far as to take a picture of the windshield washer strainers that were clogged with algae and inoperable. Happy that she suggested having them replaced. To my surprise, the waiting room was fully stocked with juices, coffee, tea along with an assortment of granola bars, chips, apples and freshly popped popcorn. All in all, a very relaxing experience for my first service at BMW of Sarasota. More
