experience was excellent I was waited on right away, I gave a 5 star rating because everyone is very professional , they greet you with a smile, check you in and offer you a place to sit and relax .Th I gave a 5 star rating because everyone is very professional , they greet you with a smile, check you in and offer you a place to sit and relax .They offer you water to drink and let you know that your rep will be with you shortly. Rep is there to greet you in minutes to discuss car problem. Later will come back with an estimate for repair. If it twill take a longer time to fix I always an uber back home. That way i,m not sitting for hours. More

Very good visit This was my 1-year service visit. On the way to the dealer an engine warning light came on! My service rep (Maria Lizardi) handled everything quickly This was my 1-year service visit. My service rep (Maria Lizardi) handled everything quickly and professionally and once the engine problem was identified, she got me a loaner so I could go home. When the problem was corrected, she called me at home. All went smoothly. More

Service adviser was perfect, car was not treated wiell... I took my car in for some service everything was perfect and fine until a few days afterwards I noticed deep scruffs/scratches and small rips on my dr I took my car in for some service everything was perfect and fine until a few days afterwards I noticed deep scruffs/scratches and small rips on my driver's leather seat, deep scratches on my kick panel (The lower part of the door) and deep scratches on my steering wheel. I don't know how they let the mechanics not take care when treating other people's cars. This isn't the first time I've had a car come back from service with excessive wear. Again I want to state my service adviser was perfect but I'm not satisfied how my car was returned to me. I know the exterior was messy but that was it. More
