Oil Change 10 AM appt on a Monday. Waited 15 nin to get inside the car lane area. Waited another 15 min to see the service advosor. Waited 3-7 min for the Uber w 10 AM appt on a Monday. Waited 15 nin to get inside the car lane area. Waited another 15 min to see the service advosor. Waited 3-7 min for the Uber when the advisor released me. That was almost an hour total. Returned by Uber after 3 pm. Sat with service advisor another 15 min to have some service needs discussed. Price quoted was charged despite the bill coming in over 25% higher. I was more than a little surprised that they refused to repair my peeling glove box door, which is a very common problem with X3's. This is an obvious factory defect, and everyone who rides in my car seems taken aback by the notion that this could happen to a 2014 BMW in such a short time. I didn't expect BMW to try to get me to pay almost $600 for something they KNOW is their fault. The longest oil change I ever experienced, but the advice for service was helpful, so I can appreciate the inspection they performed. Recommended service is expensive as quoted. I appreciate they ran the vehicle thru the automated wash on delivery. I was out the door at 3:30 pm. Overall I rate this experience as 5 star service, I can see that someone with less automotive experience than myself would be very impressed. I trust they did a good job with thw oil change and resetting the electronics that monitor the vehicle. More

Check engine light . . . My check engine light went on. I was able to make an appointment for the next morning. I was told it would take an hour and a half to two hours to g My check engine light went on. I was able to make an appointment for the next morning. I was told it would take an hour and a half to two hours to get diagnostic results. Not sure why it takes this long but got the results in an hour and a half. A temperature sensor was not functioning and was replaced in another hour and a half. The service staff were very friendly and kept me updated. No surprises, they did exactly what they promised. Would give 5 stars but just can't understand why it takes an hour and a half to get diagnostic results. More

Maria was terrific. The only problem we had was that it took an hour and a half to get a loaner car, even though I told them we needed one when I made the appointment.
