I have dealt with the service department for years and can only say good things about them. Paul Hrynew, the Service manager is one of the nicest guys I have ever met. He treats me like I am Lakewood's only customer and I'm sure he treats every other customer exactly the same way. The salesman, Lucky Uppal went above and beyond the call of duty to meet my every need during my recent purchasse experience. Lucky's boss, Ryan Kelly was also very accommodating and was genuinely interested in seeing that I got the best deal possible. Manita Bains, the Finance Manager was equally friendly and extremely helpful. Kudos to everyone at Lakewood!!! Going there is like visiting family and I would NEVER think of going anywhere else! From sales, to finance, to service every department maintained upstanding customer service. The staff made it very easy (and affordable) to get the truck I needed right away including coordinating getting a doubled sealed wooden bed liner and ATV/skidoo deck. They took the time to explain all the new features (navigation system etc.), how to use them and helped pair my phone to the Bluetooth. All I had to do was sign the papers and drive away! More

Since then, we have purchased 3 company vehicles for our business. Back in November 2013, my husband ordered his dream car from Al Bains, a 2014 Corvette Stingray. As usual, excellent customer service. Each time we needed a new company vehicle, my husband would call Al to place the order, Al would take care of everything. My long time employee had also bought 3 vehicles from Al Bains. Manita Bains is also very easy to deal with. Thoroughly knowledgeable with a pleasant and positive attitude. Kudos to Pat Healy and his entire staff for having such stellar customer service from sales department to service department. More

Best new car purchase experience Ever! Very good dealership to deal with from the initial meeting all the way to financing. All the staff are very friendly and are interested in making a n Very good dealership to deal with from the initial meeting all the way to financing. All the staff are very friendly and are interested in making a new car purchase a very pleasant experience. They took care of changing our insurance from the old car to the new purchase. The best thing is that they went and changed our registration from old car to new car we did not have to stand in line, we completed paper work while our salesman took care of the registration. When we were done paperwork we took the keys and went home. Best car purchase EVER! A big thank you to our salesman Josh and another big thank you to Manita she was awesome! Can not wait to purchase our next new vehicle from Lakewood! More
