I met Josh 3 years ago when I was in for service with my previous truck, which I'd only had for 2 years. Dan Bass introduced us while we were shooting the breeze. I was one of the first customers he had ever spoken to, after all that time and building a sales relationship, he sold me a truck. The experience could not have gone any better. Josh knows his product and is very professional and straight forward. I will not hesitate to speak to him again next time I need a vehicle or recommend him to anybody I know in need of a vehicle. Dan has always been a great guy to deal with and talk to. Very straight up and will work very hard for you. Dan treats you like family and makes sure everything is in order as soon as you step through the door. When you get to financing, Manita is the best person you could deal with, very happy and professional. I hadn't seen her in 5 years since my last purchase and she still remembered me and my wife. All in all, you can't go wrong working with the team at Lakewood, I'll definitely continue buying my vehicles from them. More

Chris and Raj specifically made you feel at home, made the trade-in process painless and very simple. I would definatly go back and deal with these two again. I asked for a Transformer - and got one! (Sort of) I came in looking to test drive the Silverado to compare it to the Ram and F-150. Josh was the first sales person to ask what I wanted in a truck. I told him what I wanted didn't exist and I wanted a transformer, some thing small for city driving but powerful enough that could pull a small 2 horse trailer. He presented me with the 2015 Colorado. It is absolutely perfect for my needs. Josh was very friendly and at no time did I feel pressured to buy. I spent a lot of time with Josh and Dan talking about the capabilities of the truck and it felt more like friends having a discussion rather than a sales pitch. I have been to dealerships where they corner you in a room with 3 other people and try to pressure you into buying. This dealership is not like that at all. In Financing Manita was friendly and warm. She even handled my insurance and Josh registered my vehicle. I haven't bought a new vehicle in 13 years and I remember that being a headache. I sold my other car before I took possession of the Colorado so Josh picked me up from work with my new truck so I could finish the financing. The wrong Tonnue cover came on it the first time and when the correct cover came in Josh picked up my truck from work so it could be installed and dropped it off for me so I wouldn't be inconvenienced on a day off. I'm very glad I stopped in to Lakewood Chev, I found the small, powerful truck I wanted that I thought didn't exist, and the people were great to deal with. Even one of the other sales guys paged Josh when I pulled up the second time to view the truck, so I wouldn't have to wait. They seem to have a great team. Thanks guys! I love the truck, I feel so much safer in it on the highway. More
