I recently purchased a 2016 Cruze, this was my first brand new car so I was a little nervous and wanted to make sure I got a good deal that I was happ I recently purchased a 2016 Cruze, this was my first brand new car so I was a little nervous and wanted to make sure I got a good deal that I was happy with. The sales staff were amazing, they made me feel so comfortable and made sure to explain everything so that I was sure about my purchase. The manager Dan Bass was especially great, he went out of his way to make sure I was happy. I've heard horror stories about people getting ripped off when buying a car but I can say with confidence that I am 100% pleased with everything. I had a minor issue with the remote the 2nd day where it seemed that the car couldn't detect the FOB.. I called Lakewood immediately and they had me bring the car in.. they set me up with a rental car at no cost..the next day my car was done. It was as simple as a reset. Dan in the service department was very nice, he took the time to listen to me and then explain everything to me when I came back to pick the car up. I was very impressed with the service I received. I would recommend this place to everyone in a heart beat, I will without a doubt be coming back for any future vehicles. More

A couple days after my purchase there was a customer appreciation evening which was awesome and incredibly informative - made me feel comfortable in bringing my vehicle back for oil changes etc. All the staff through the customer appreciation were VERY knowledgeable and long-term employees - which we found have a lot of expertise, confidence and experience - hard to come by nowadays. :-)) The only negatives we could say are the final step of going through the vehicle - Josh wasn't able to answer a lot of our questions and the vehicle hadn't had a final cleaning before we picked it up. Otherwise, we would highly recommend Lakewood - it was overall a great experience. More
