Sean was very helpful and provided a quote that included a discount as well as including all taxes and fees. We made an appointment for a test drive and decided to move ahead with a purchase. Sean was very transparent and helpful in identifying the truck that worked best for us and advised us on this selection as well as a few dealer accessories in a friendly and comfortable manner. We also were introduced to the manager on duty as well as a second manager also on duty that day. Once we had settled on our choice Sean priced this for us with his manager and we then were introduced to Manita the finance manager to complete the loan application. All was concluded the next day with approvals and one final visit with Manita to sign the deal. At this point I must make special mention that the financing process was helpful, informative, and was NOT another sales opportunity, which is very common in industry. Manita helped me out and didn't push any products to me other that making one simple suggestion. Heavenly experience. We then got introduced to the sales manager on duty that day and had a very nice chat. Meanwhile the truck was ready to drive away on one days' notice with accessories installed. Overall by far the most excellent experience I've had at a car dealership, and I've had many experiences over the years. Our final price matched our initial quote and we are very happy. More

Excellent experience I shopped around for a mid size truck and drove the Tacoma and Frontier before I drove the Colorado. I expected to just go to Lakewood for the sake of I shopped around for a mid size truck and drove the Tacoma and Frontier before I drove the Colorado. I expected to just go to Lakewood for the sake of comparison. But I was pleasantly surprised by the ride and build quality of the Colorado and switched to becoming a legitimate potential customer. I had an appointment with Sean and dealt with Cindy when I arrived while Sean was dealing with some walk in customers. Cindy accompanied me on a test drive and made sure we had access to the exact vehicle I was considering, didn't force me to drive the top of the line version as most places have. She offered, but was willing to listen to me when I declined. After the test drive, Sean joined in on the conversation to provide his excellent product and finance scenario knowledge. He clearly explained the options of a deal to me and looked for every opportunity to save me money and make me as comfortable with the deal as possible. I would have left without moving forward with the deal were it not for the reassurance I felt from Sean and Cindy. There was very little pressure, and no 'I have another guy looking at the same vehicle later today' games. They gave me time to think about the options and process the terms of the deal. Once the offer to purchase was submitted, Manita took over and did a great job handling the business end of the deal. She offered me the add ons and extended programs, but didn't push me into anything. At end of the deal, Dan came to talk with me to make sure I was comfortable with how everything went. Overall, it was a great experience and I'll recommend anyone looking for a vehicle go see the team at Lakewood. More

I worked with Sean Simon to figure out what truck I wanted, and he quickly picked one out that fit exactly what I wanted. While it was obvious that he wanted to sell me a truck I never felt like I was being pressured to buy. I am very satisfied with the entire process. At no point did I feel like just another customer that they wanted to make money off of. It was a very friendly environment that left me feeling very satisfied with my purchase. More
