Totally Satisfied. Needed a New Vehicle. Had an idea what I wanted. Pulled onto lot late Saturday just before closing. Met Salesman Joel and had Quick talk as it was ne Needed a New Vehicle. Had an idea what I wanted. Pulled onto lot late Saturday just before closing. Met Salesman Joel and had Quick talk as it was near closing. Joel gave me a outline of offers of interests and option on the vehicle I was interested in. Said I would be back sometime the next week. Went back on Wednesday after work. I went to just look and see the vehicle one more time. Unfortunately Joel was out. But a few of his working mates (Lucky , Dan, Scott) were able to run threw the details. Then got a test ride with Lucky. Long story short within the hour I had a New Car. All the paper work etc. was done. Then was told I could drive away the next day. Thursday afternoon I drove my new 2018 Cruz home. (Runs like top) ps Hope I didn't miss anyone else. Thanks Joel for all the help with the features. More

I had no issues , i had honesty and upfront real people to deal with . We have some family history with lakewood meaning family member's have purchased vehicles over the years from lakewood and have had no problems , but i was still apprehensive for myself. End experience is = I would go back , I would and am letting people know the high quality of service I received when buying my new vehicle . After I left the lot and since I have had call's to see how I am doing and how the vehicle is :) Danny and josh were great and made me very comfortable , and manita was GREAT !
