Lakewood Chevrolet is the best dealership I have ever dealt! The service I received at Lakewood Chevrolet was by far the best I have had from a dealership, I purchased my 2011 Ford Raptor there. Jim Bell was excellent to deal with, I live in another province and he held the vehicle for me until I could get out there to see it. Jim was always quick to respond to my questions or call me back if I left him a message and he picked me up from the airport when I arrived. Nothing but high praise for him. Next to Jim , Ron Koehler was other person I dealt with the most and Ron was knowledgeable, friendly and great to deal with. Thumbs up for Ron. I dealt with Manita in the finance side and she was very friendly and great to deal with also . Never once while dealing with Lakewood Chevrolet did I feel pressured. Frustrating Vince the sales guy was great to deal with, the rest of the experience was frustrating and disappointing. We settled on a price and I asked is this "all in", to which I hear yes. Only there are more sales at the finance office so not really all in. In the end we were able to work things out but not before a few bumps in the process. Buying a car should be a fun time and that is definitely not how I would describe it. More

By far best experience we have had while buy a new vehicle. After visiting 4 other dealerships Lakewood was the only dealer that made us feel comfortable, listened to us on what we wanted but most importantly After visiting 4 other dealerships Lakewood was the only dealer that made us feel comfortable, listened to us on what we wanted but most importantly NOT PRESSURED! as so many other dealerships did to us prior to walking into Lakewood. Vince Morrison was the one who sold us our new truck. I had the pleasure of dealing with him a year ago while we upgrade one of the two vehicles we own. We stayed in touch over that year without the harassment I've had to deal with from other salesman from other dealerships. One year later and it was time for a new truck, I knew exactly where to go! Vince took care of me that day as well as the rest of the staff. At no point did I feel pressured or pushed in an opposite than I wanted to go. Vince and every other staff member I dealt with that day made the process of buying a new truck enjoyable and went smoothly. Vince took my son and I on a tour of the dealership and introduced to other staff members we will be dealing with in the future for service and or warranty issues. He didn't push us out the door after the papers were signed like other dealerships have in the past. I will be doing all my business with Lakewood and if possible with Vince from this day forward.
