HI there, my name is Mandy. I have grown up in and around Grande Prairie my whole life. I have worked in the automotive industry for almost 9 years. Started out as a Receptionist for a dealership, moved to Service Reception and then to Service Advisor. I am currently the Warranty Administrator and Internal Advisor for our Dealership. I have been with Grande Prairie Nissan for 5 years and love my job and my work family. I have met some pretty awesome customers here at Nissan and enjoy dealing with people on a day to day basis very much.

Better then good I went to grande prairie Nissan as a first timer in the service department. We were traveling through and needed an oil change. We were met by a wonde I went to grande prairie Nissan as a first timer in the service department. We were traveling through and needed an oil change. We were met by a wonderful young lady who welcomed us in, showed us to the little sitting lounge and let Us know there was coffee and tea or what ever else we wanted. They did our Oil change in less then 30 minutes. Not even our local dealership treats us with the professialism we relieved at this dealership. I would recommend to anyone. More

Amazing service department I love coming to this dealership for my oil changes. Not only are the people wonderful and the service great but they have a kids play place that my k I love coming to this dealership for my oil changes. Not only are the people wonderful and the service great but they have a kids play place that my kids enjoy for that half hour while my vehicle is being looked after. Time and time again Mandy greets me with her contagious smile. It feels like a small town atmosphere at grande prairie Nissan where everyone knows each other on a first name basis. Great job guys. Another happy customer :) More

Wonderful experience I have been going to Grande Prairie Nissan since I bought my new xterra a year and a half ago. I always have a great experience when Mandy is my servi I have been going to Grande Prairie Nissan since I bought my new xterra a year and a half ago. I always have a great experience when Mandy is my service advisor. Not only does she keep me informed on what is going on with my vehicle but she always gets it back to me very quickly which not many shops do. I highly recommend going to Grande Prairie Nissan and dealing with Mandy. Great work girl! More

Hands Down Great Customer Service Being a VIP Oil Change customer I get to see Mandy’s cheerful face often, but this one frosty November morning in 2013 when my heater decided not to b Being a VIP Oil Change customer I get to see Mandy’s cheerful face often, but this one frosty November morning in 2013 when my heater decided not to blow warm air, well lets say Mandy’s face was the only one smiling, as I bundled my little 1 year old up in my crossover and covered him with blankets and brought him to daycare I then proceeded to go to Nissan Dealership to get this heater checked out, not even having a appointment, Mandy took me on in, booked in my car and arranged a shuttle for me, her customer services goes above and beyond in this dealership and I am very lucky to have her smiley face to calm me down on a -40 winter morning. The shuttle was a few minutes late and Mandy called several times making point that I had to be to work by 8am, thank you Mandy for all your hard work and pure kindness you show your customers like me ? More

This is my third Titan purchase from Grande Prairie Nissan and I always have no problems with either purchasing a vehicle or getting what I need to get done. The staff is always helpful and friendly.
